Effective September 25, 2026. By creating an account or using KLYKS, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use KLYKS
You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter a contract and keep your sign-in secure.
2. Marketplace role
KLYKS sells some products directly and also hosts offers from independent sellers.
3. Listings, prices and orders
Offers must show the product, condition, seller, price, availability and material terms clearly.
4. Delivery
The selected offer states the fulfillment method, estimated timing, delivery area and charges.
5. Returns, withdrawal and refunds
Consumer rights under applicable Lebanese law remain protected.
6. Payments and refunds
Available payment methods appear at checkout.
7. Reviews, messages and prohibited conduct
Reviews and communications must be truthful, relevant and respectful.
8. Sellers
Sellers must provide valid business information and meet marketplace obligations.
9. Account restriction and blocking
KLYKS may restrict, suspend or block an account for marketplace protection.
10. Intellectual property
KLYKS branding, interface and original platform content are protected.
11. Liability and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory legal or consumer rights.
12. Changes, governing law and support
KLYKS may update these terms and will publish the effective date.
